$100 Delivery & Set-up Fee (required to hold event date)
$6 per person (50-person minimum)
Includes:
-Up to 2 Icy Bites flavors
-1 hour serving time
$75 each additional serving hour
A distance surcharge of $2.50 per mile will be applied to events located over 20 miles from Waldorf, MD
A minimum of 75 people will be required for events during peak season (May 1st- October 1st)
A standard 10% gratuity will be added to the final invoice for our Icy Bites catering team.
ICY BITES COOLER
$ 5 per person (30 servings minimum)
$ 25 deposit is required to hold event date
Delivery is included in the price
Includes:

Event location is limited to a 15-mile radius
A distance surcharge of $2.50 per mile will be applied to events located over 15 miles from Waldorf, MD
A standard 10% gratuity will be added to the final invoice for our Icy Bites catering team.

Save the Date
A $100 non-refundable delivery and set-up fee is required to hold your desired reservation date. Additional charges include a mileage fee if your private event in located over 20 miles outside of Waldorf, MD. Payments are able to be broken up into scheduled increments and the final payment is due the day of the event. In the event of inclement weather, the clients deposit will be refunded.

Set-Up Requirements
We utilized a push cart/umbrella or tent set-up and require a flat level 10 x 10 area to set-up for a private event (we are not a food truck or trailer). We are unable to set-up on hills or extremely tight spaces. Prior to booking the client will have to provide a photo of the desired set-up location to ensure that we are able properly load and un-load our equipment. Concrete or paved surface are perfect.

permit Requirements
If the event is on private property, permits are usually not required. However, catered events on public property often require a local permit. It is the client's responsibility to verify that Johnson’s Icy Bites can serve at that event site. If you need to have your property listed on our COI, just let us know and we will provide a copy.

Travel Fees
Currently, we service a 20-mile radius. Travel fees are required for events outside this radius and can vary depending on mileage and drive time. Additional mileage will be charged at a rate of $2.50 per mile.
